Terms of rental
Payment is required upon scheduling.
After paying for the rental, you may set your class prices and keep any proceeds from the class.
Social Distancing and masks required during all classes when not eating/drinking.
No smoking in the building.
Renters are responsible for setup + cleanup. Return room to its original position.
Renters are responsible for any damages to the facility.
Use of KMM equipment/supplies prohibited unless prior arrangements and/or pricing approved.
Do not move or disconnect any equipment without prior consent from KMM staff.
Please remove all trash from the rented area prior to leaving.
Reservation fee is non-refundable.
